Effective January 1, 2023 we have made changes in the clubhouse usage policy shown in bold below:
Each Walden household in good standing is allowed to use the Clubhouse at a rate of $100.00 per usage. Other revisions to the usage policy are noted as follows:
* A signed “Walden HOA Clubhouse Usage Agreement” (link at bottom of this page) to include $100 usage fee and $150 security deposit for each use.
* Guests are limited to 50.
* Clubhouse usage hours are limited to 8:00 A.M. until midnight; no overnight sleepovers are allowed.
* Maximum of one event per day.
* Pool parties are NOT allowed; events MUST be confined to the clubhouse.
* Clubhouse usage may not be for any personal gain, commercial use, or any type of usage not directly related to the personal use by a Walden resident. Walden resident accepts all liability and damages to Clubhouse during usage period.
Reservations can be made at least eight (8) days in advance and no more than six (6) months in advance. All major holidays may or may not be available depending on availability of volunteers.

The reservation will be confirmed by email. The email will include contact information for the volunteer Clubhouse Manager to separately arrange exchange of the Clubhouse key, rental agreement and security deposit.
